PURE MUSIC NEW CONCEPTS

To help IMG and PURE re-position their product portfolio within the changing landscape of the music/audio content delivery and listening experience, I was UX lead on a project to explore and design new concepts and prototypes to create a differentiated and compelling music service experience. The Project explored new UX ideas and concepts for a differentiated music/audio discovery, listening, sharing, and connected (IoT) experience for multi-channel cross platform environments; including customer & market research, ideation workshops & experience mapping, sketching, concept mapping, user flows & task analysis, business modelling (KANO) & service experience design, wireframing, prototyping, concept testing and pitching to c-level management.
