VODAFONE DISCOVER

With the increasing rise in smartphone and tablet use I was the project and UE lead investigating how Vodafone should best respond to these changes in user behavior. This involved working closely with UX agency Fjord gathering detailed customer insight, running focus groups, and conducting research and analysis in UK, Spain, and Germany to identify the purpose & opportunities for a Vodafone application that would add value to smartphone and tablet users in presenting content and applications relevant to their context, preferences, and subscription level around the following themes:

1. Context & Time; providing timely content, information and support,

2. Business Services; access to relevant Vodafone services, applications and content,

3. Smart Automation; Learn from user activity to help them be more efficient.

A full design specification was created using Axure and Adobe CS incorporating user flows, IA, wireframes, and clickable prototypes.
